How it works
Choose Essential, Dialed-In or Everything Outside and pick a time for visit 1 from our open schedule.
Agree to the plan terms on this page and your membership is confirmed. ACRE’s office sets up your monthly billing after you sign up.
Visit 1 lands on the time you picked, and visits 2 to 4 are booked every 3 months after it, with a photo report after each one.
What every visit includes
Our irrigation team checks your system zone by zone and valve by valve, then resets your timer for the season.
Checks coverage, dry spots, overspray onto concrete, and runoff into the street, which counts as water waste in Fresno and Clovis.
Sets your timer to your address’s watering days. April 1 to October 31: odd addresses Tue/Thu/Sat, even addresses Wed/Fri/Sun. November 1 to March 31: Saturday only for odd, Sunday only for even. Never on Mondays, and in Fresno never between 10am and 6pm.
Straightens, re-aims and flushes heads, and cleans clogged nozzles. Replacing a head ($45) or raising or lowering one ($45) comes out of your allowance or gets your member discount.
Looks for weeping valves, broken laterals, misting from high pressure, and zones with low pressure.
Checks solenoids and wiring, the backup battery, the rain sensor if there is one, and whether a WiFi controller is online.
Checks emitters, flushes the filter and checks the regulator.
Photos and findings, plus a member-price quote for anything the plan doesn’t cover.

FAQ
Every visit is our 21-point inspection plus a timer reset for the city watering schedule. We run every zone, adjust heads and nozzles, check for leaks and pressure problems, check valves, the controller and drip zones, and send you a visit report with photos.
Every plan is quarterly: 4 visits a year, every 3 months from your first visit, so each season gets a spring ramp-up, summer heat check, fall cutback or winter check.
All three plans get the same 4 quarterly visits. Essential includes 2 free heads a year and 10% off repairs. Dialed-In adds 6 free heads, 15% off repairs, faster priority and help with a WiFi timer. Everything Outside has 10 free heads, a free broken pipe repair, 20% off repairs and next-business-day priority.
Plans cover up to 8 zones. Extra zones are $5/mo each.
Plans are billed monthly. Nothing is charged on this website. After you sign up, ACRE’s office sets up your monthly billing with a card or bank account.
Your plan starts after your system passes inspection. If the free 21-point inspection passes, it counts as visit 1. If not, we quote the repairs at member price first.
The 10%, 15% or 20% applies to irrigation repairs, like heads, raising or lowering a head, broken pipes and valves. New timers, drip installs and lighting get at most 10% off.
It’s a 12-month agreement. After 12 months it renews month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. Canceling early costs whichever is less: the list value of the visits and parts already used minus the dues paid, or the dues for the remaining months.
Your plan can transfer to the new owner.
No. Unused allowance doesn’t roll over to the next year.
Damage from construction, vehicles or other contractors, and new zones or redesigns. Those are quoted at member price.
