About these terms

These terms apply to your use of acrelandscapeinc.com (the “site”), run by ACRE Landscape Co. (“ACRE,” “we,” “us”), and to estimate and service requests you make through it. Information on this site

We work to keep service descriptions, service areas, and other details accurate, but the site is for general information. Services, availability, and service areas can change without notice. Some services may be waitlist-only or not offered yet, as marked on the site.

Estimates

Sending a form, calling, or texting us is a request, not a contract. Any estimate we give, online or after a visit, is not binding until you and ACRE both accept it. The specific scope, price, and terms for a job are set in that accepted estimate or agreement, and those terms control if they differ from this page. An estimate can change if conditions on site turn out to be different from what we expected or if you change the scope.

Scheduling and weather

We do our best to arrive at the scheduled time. Sometimes we have to reschedule because of weather, heat, unsafe conditions, parts availability, or other things outside our control. If that happens, we’ll contact you to pick a new time. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as you can.

Access to your property

When you book work, you agree to give us safe access to the work area and to tell us about anything we should know, such as pets, gates, buried lines, or known problems.

No warranties for the site

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, ACRE makes no warranties about the site, including that it will always be available or error-free. This website does not create any warranty or guarantee for our work. Any warranty for a job is only what is written in your accepted estimate or agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ACRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using, or not being able to use, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as Google reviews, Google Maps, and Instagram. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Our content

The text, logo, and images on this site belong to ACRE or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its effective date.
