Free 21-Point Irrigation Inspection
We go zone by zone and valve by valve, and itemize every issue, so you know exactly where each problem is, what it is, and what it costs to fix.
What it is
System Inspections, explained
“21-point inspection” is the industry name. Here is how we actually do it: we go zone by zone and valve by valve, running each one and checking it against the same list, from the controller to the last head and drip line.
Every issue we find is itemized under the valve it belongs to. Your report shows exactly where each problem is, what the problem is, and exactly how much it costs to fix, so nothing is lumped together and you can decide what to fix now and what can wait.
It is a good first step if you are seeing dry spots or a higher water bill, if you just moved in, or if the system has not been checked in a while.
What’s included in the visit
What to expect
- 1
Controller first
We check the clock, programs, run times, and any rain or smart sensor.
- 2
Valve by valve
We open every valve box and run each valve on its own.
- 3
Zone by zone
On each zone we check the heads, nozzles, coverage, pressure, and drip lines.
- 4
Note every issue
Each problem is recorded under the valve and zone where we found it.
- 5
Itemized report
Where each issue is, what it is, and exactly how much it costs to fix.
- 6
You decide
Fix everything at once or pick what to do now and what can wait.
