We repair Toro in Parlier
ACRE repairs Toro sprinkler systems in Parlier: 570-series pop-up heads, Super 600 and T5 heads, Toro valves and zone valves, and Toro controllers.
Everything is repaired from our Fresno location; see our national page on Toro repair for the full list of Toro problems we fix.
Toro zone valve stuck open or will not close in Parlier
A Toro valve that is stuck open, or a zone valve that will not close, usually has debris, a worn diaphragm or a failing solenoid. We can rebuild or replace Toro valves.
A valve that sticks open runs a zone when the rules say it should be off (no assigned days found; the code bans runoff and unrepaired leaks), and one that will not open leaves a whole zone dry.
Toro zone with a leak or weak spray in Parlier
A Toro zone that went weak, or a soggy spot that never dries, often traces to a broken line or fitting, not the heads. We isolate the zone and repair the pipe.
Parlier is about 19.4 miles from our Fresno location. A zone with low pressure or soggy ground usually points to a leaking line, and we trace it zone by zone.
Toro Super 600 or T5 head not rotating in Parlier
A Toro Super 600 or T5 that stalls, will not turn or leaks around the head often has debris in the head or a worn part. We repair or replace the head and check the pressure on the zone.
In Parlier the rules in short are: no assigned days found; the code bans runoff and unrepaired leaks. A cracked or misaimed head puts water where it should not go, and a head that never rises leaves a dry patch until the next watering day.
About Parlier
Parlier shares the Fresno area’s semi-arid San Joaquin Valley climate, with long, hot, dry summers, mild winters and about 11 inches of rain a year, so sprinklers carry most of the watering load.
Parlier had 14,576 residents at the 2020 census and sits at about 344 feet above sea level. Incorporated on November 15, 1921.
The 2020 census counted 3,853 housing units in Parlier, and about 49.6% of occupied homes are owner-occupied. That works out to about 1,599 housing units per square mile.
The Parlier family came from Springfield, Illinois, to the site in 1876, and the city carries their name.
Parlier watering rules and your Toro system
Parlier’s water utility is run by the City’s Public Works Department, which bills for water usage about two months behind.
Parlier’s municipal code (Chapter 13.20) prohibits water waste: runoff onto a street, gutter, ditch or drain, and leaks or breaks left unrepaired. It presumes 48 hours after discovery is a reasonable time to fix a leak. We did not find assigned watering days in the code, so call City Hall at (559) 646-3545 for the current rules.
After a Toro repair we test each zone and can set the controller to match. See the full Parlier watering schedule.
