About Loma Vista
Loma Vista is the City of Clovis’s 3,307-acre specific plan area in southeast Clovis, bounded by Locan Avenue on the west, McCall Avenue on the east, parts of Bullard and Shaw Avenues on the north and the Gould Canal on the south.
The plan is organized into four master-planned communities (Community Center North, Community Center South, Gettysburg/Ashlan and the Eastern Village), each built around a central amenity. The Reagan Educational Center, home to Clovis East High School, sits next to the community centers. Loma Vista is in ZIP 93619, about 8 miles from our Fresno location.

Built in phases
Loma Vista has been built in phases by different builders, so systems vary street to street. Newer phases often have smart-ready controllers; earlier phases may have the original builder timers. Across both, the common repairs are heads damaged by mowers and foot traffic, a valve that won’t close, and wiring cut during later yard projects like patios and fences.
Cut wires are especially common after a backyard remodel. If a zone stopped working after new concrete or a fence went in, that is the first place we look.

Watering rules in Loma Vista
Loma Vista is in the City of Clovis, so Clovis outdoor watering rules apply to City water customers. From April 1 to October 31, odd-numbered addresses water Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and even-numbered addresses Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with no outdoor water use on Mondays. From November 1 to March 31, odd addresses water Saturday only and even addresses Sunday only. Irrigation is not allowed during or within 48 hours after measurable rain.
