Young systems, new landscapes
Riverstone homes are new, and so are their sprinkler systems and lawns. Young landscapes need more frequent watering at first and less once roots go deep, but many controllers are never changed after move-in. Over-watering shows up as soggy turf and runoff; under-watering as dry rings around heads.
Trench settling, heads damaged during landscaping, and loose fittings are the other first-years issues we look for.
Watering new lawns and plants right
We set your controller for establishment watering, then step it down as the landscape matures, within your water district’s rules. If your system has drip for new shrubs and trees, we check emitters and filters too. See smart controllers in Madera and drip irrigation in Madera.
Riverstone HOA
Riverstone has a homeowners association that maintains shared parks, trails and landscaping. Your lot’s system is yours; items your builder still covers go to the builder first.
Watering rules in Riverstone
Riverstone is outside the City of Madera, so City of Madera watering rules don’t automatically apply. Your water comes from the Root Creek Water District; follow its rules for outdoor watering days and hours.
Tell us your days when you book and we will program the controller to match, with shorter soak cycles to keep water out of the gutter.
