About Heritage Grove
Heritage Grove is the City of Clovis’s northwest growth area, roughly bounded by Willow, Shepherd, Copper and Sunnyside Avenues. The City’s master plan calls for a mix of housing, shops, parks, trails and public facilities.
Much of it is new or still under construction. The H-Land Specific Plan within it proposes about 5,851 homes on about 891 acres. Heritage Grove is in ZIP 93619, about 7 miles from our Fresno location.
ZIP: 93619 · Distance: about 7.1 miles from ACRE Fresno, 911 E Lansing Way.
First-year problems in new construction
New systems fail in their own ways. Trenches settle over the first year or two and take heads down with them. Heads get kicked or driven over during landscaping. Fittings glued in a hurry can start to drip. And many controllers are still on the program set the day the house closed.
None of that means the system is bad. A first-year check catches it before the lawn shows dry rings or the bill jumps.
Set the controller once, correctly
We program your controller for Clovis days, split run times into soak cycles, set seasonal changes, and show you how to pause it after rain. If you want it to adjust itself, a smart controller does that. For heads that sank or tilted, see head replacement in Clovis.
New-home HOAs
Many new Heritage Grove neighborhoods have HOAs that maintain shared landscaping. Your lot’s system is yours. If the house is new enough that your builder still covers its irrigation, ask the builder first.
